How to reach Roman Well at Belgrade’s Fortress
Roman Well at Belgrade’s Fortress is located just behind the Monument of the Belgrade Victor. A few dozen meters after the plateau of the Belgrade Victor Monument, you can notice a rather small entrance with heavy doors of the well.
Just to recap, in case you want to get as close to the Belgrade’s Fortress as possible by the public means of transportation, we suggest you use the tram line number 2 (stop Kalemegdanski park).
Otherwise, we suggest you use one of the numerous bus and trolleybus lines that stop at the stops Trg Republike or Studentsi Trg, wherefrom you can easily reach the Belgrade’s Fortress on foot by walking through the beautiful Knez Mihailova Street.
