The Bogatelli Beach is 4 kilometers far from the city center, and it is 700 meters long. It is one of the quietest beach in Barcelona, so usually it is not overcrowded. You may rent a sunbed and an umbrella, there are cafés and bars, fast food and ice-cream stands, sports grounds, and various other content.
There are many apartments, hotels, malls and sports clubs nearby the beach that were built for the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. It includes two ping-pong tables, a beach-football playground, and a volleyball pitch on the other side of the beach, near Mar Bell. The Bogatelli beach has an easy access, and it offers relaxation to everyone. Special attention is paid to those whose mobility is somewhat limited.
