Risco Caído is located in the northwest of the island of Gran Canaria. It is about 50 km from the capital Las Palmas. Gran Canaria has very good roads so you can get everywhere fast. Although the Canary Islands are visited by a large number of tourists due to good roads, the traffic is almost never crowded.
