Casa de la Memoria is the cultural center of the most famous dance in Spain and Seville - flamenco. This cultural center is located in the city center in an old Sevillian traditional house. Both the location and the gameplay are authentic. There is also a traditional courtyard where there used to be stables for horses, which belonged to the Countess of Lebrija. The "Tarde de Flamenco" is a popular show, which takes place inside the house, in a small theater overlooking the main courtyard.
This performance lasts for one hour, and only 4 artists participate in it. They are: bailaor, bailaora, cantaor and guitarist. Some famous national artists have tried their hand at various performances in this house, such as Pastor Galvan, who won the National Flamenco Award, Asuncion Perez, better known as "Coni", Lenore Leal, Maribel Ramos and all other phenomenal flamenco players. In this cultural center it is possible to visit an art gallery that offers exhibitions from the world of flamenco or buy a souvenir that reminds you of this magical and playful game.
