Belgrade:

Tourist map of NATO bombing of Serbia

How to reach Kneza Milosa Street and the bombed buildings
The best place to observe the aftermath of the NATO bombing in Belgrade is certainly Kneza Milosa Street in the center of the city. During NATO aggression several buildings in this street were heavily damaged. Some of the bombed buildings were repaired, while the damage to some was so extensive that they could not be restored. Awaiting an adequate architectural solution and political consensus these building remained partially collapsed as a reminder to what have happened.
Kneza Milosa Street is well connected to all other parts of Belgrade with public transportation, meaning that tourist will not have a hard time reaching it.
