Spanish Fortress is located high above the city. From this fortress there is a view of the whole Herceg Novi, the fortresses Kanli kula and Forte Mare and a large part of the Bay of Boka. It is possible to reach the fort on foot, which is not easy at all. Namely, buses do not drive to this place, but it is possible to rent a taxi, which will cost around € 4.00.
