Transport to the peninsula: The ferry to the Bigdøi peninsula runs between March and October. The ferry departs every 30 minutes from the port of the City Hall 3.

Dronningen Station: Norwegian Museum of Cultural History, Viking Ship Museum and Oscarshall

Bigdøines Station: Kon-Tiki, Fram and the Norwegian Maritime Museum

Visitors can buy tickets for the ferry at the ticket office at the City Hall at the port 3. One-way ticket costs 5.00 euros, a return ticket 7.50 euros. If you buy a ticket on board you will pay 6.00 euros one way. Regular public transport tickets are not valid on ferries to Bygdøy.

Bus number 30 from the station Tollboden (5min from the central station), to the station Bydoynes. The museum is a few minutes walk from the station. From the center to the museum it takes about 27 minutes drive. At www.ruter.no you can see tickets and bus schedules.
If you use Uber, the ride takes 15 minutes and costs from 29.00 euros to 38.00 euros.
