South Beach is the most popular beach in Miami. Tourists should definitely miss it, and it is celebrities’ favorite. Besides being popular as a beach for partying, swimming and sunbathing, it is also popular because all ‘city faces’ spend their free time there, so one more reason for coming to South Beach is either to be seen or see someone.
It is located near Ocean Drive, a street known for night clubs. It is the most dynamic beach in Miami, with bright colors and colorful lifeguard houses. Howler Park is near the beach, where you can play golf or ride a bike. At the end of the beach there are not so cheap hotels in Art Deco style, so it is an option to stay near the beach.
