The Red Beach is located in a small uvala between Bar and Sutomore and it is part of the Bar Riviera.. The beach got its name from its sand and stones, which exhibit a distinct red color on the shore as well as in the water. The beach is only 50-meters long. Even though it is small, the beach is very popular because of the color of its sand, the sea and the pine trees that surround it. The entrance to this beach is free of charge as it is classified as a ’’rogue“ beach, which means that few tourists actually know about it. It is usually only visited by the locals, but there are always a few tourists there, who grew tired of the crowd of the city and who just want to enjoy the shade of the pine trees, clear water and complete peace that the beah can offer.
