Tram lines were recently introduced in Barcelona, and it has been functioning perfectly since 2004, and it is used as much as the metro. Trambaix trams covert the western part of the city, and TRAUBESOS the eastern part. Tram lines connect Barcelona diagonally. The tram network consists of 6 lines: T1, T2, T3, T4, T5 and T6. You can buy tickets at a newsstand, and the prices start at 1.5 EUR.
