Sandhamn island is the main island on Sandön and at the same time it is one of the most important harbours in the archipelago because of the easy access. The island is not rocky, though it has regions with rocky shore – typical of islands in the outer archipelago. However, it also has a beautiful white sand beach – Trouville. It is located on the southern part of the islands, and it takes 20 minutes from the harbour to get there. The road to the beach is suitable for walks.
Möja island – Peaceful and pleasant island of the archipelago where fishing and agriculture are a part of the tradition. The island is comprised of small villages and harbours, with around 250 citizens. It is best known for one of the best fish restaurants in Sweden - Wikströms Fisk. It is a family restaurant and it has been opened since 1990, and they have been selling fish even before the restaurant was opened.

Do not be surprised if you come across a deer or a possum, and there is birds’ song everywhere.
Riddarholmen (The Knight’s Islet) is a small islet in central Stockholm, and it is a part of the old town Gamla Stan. The first buildings were built there, and it is famous for the church Riddarholmskyrkan. The island was initially named "Grey Monks Islet". By the order of King Gustav Vasa, the temple on the island was closed down, and later almost all the buildings were demolished. Today, there are only some remains left, and the most significant are the church and palaces from the 17th century.
Kymmendö is a very unique and interesting island that somebody should write a novel about it! If you are literature aficionados, then you have enough reasons to visit Kymmendö. The island is private property, the same family has been owning and ruling the island since 1802. Even though it is privately owned today, thanks to the right to public access, it can be visited. It is 2.5 kilometers long, 1.5 kilometers wide, and it expands on 180 hectares. Twenty-six people live on the island, and the average age is 35.
