Qasr Al Hosn can be reached by car. Alternatively you may use the public transport, bus line 40 which will take you directly to the palace. The bus stop where you should get off is called Al Hisn St / Al Hosn Palace. From there you should walk additional 200 meters in order to reach the palace.
