This fashion maison was created by entrepreneurs Jules Jaluzot and Jen Alfred Duclos. Their logic was very simple - to create a fashion center that would attract not only Parisians but also tourists from entire France, as the shopping center was located near the main train station. Their logic proved to be flawless and today this center includes three buildings, 27 floors dedicated to beauty, fashion and design. It accounts for 7.5 million visits a year, which exceeds the number of visitors of the Eiffel Tower. In 1975, the Haussmann shopping center was added to the list of historical monuments of the city of Paris.
