In order to reach the Louvre Museum in Abu Dhabi you may use a car. You may also arrive here by public transport. You should use the bus line 94 and get off at the Louvre bus stop. It is all well marked so it is impossible to miss it. You will need to walk additional 250 meters in order to reach the museum entrance.
