Craig Robins was able to recognize the potential of this place, so he bought a few buildings with the aim of completely redeveloping this part of the city by establishing a community which would create something new and different through design, unusual architecture, art and culture. After 20 years, he succeeded, his vision came to life.

Even though luxurious, this district does not offer only riches and power – you can also see the richness of spirit and culture. Many fashion designers have settled there, such as: Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Celine, Bottega Veneta, Burberry, Dolce and Gabbana, Dior and many others.
