The ride by the cable car In Como is truly a great experience and wonderful tourist attraction of the city. From a small village Brunate, right next to Como, there is a cable car that takes tourists at the top of the city of Como and from there visitors can have a splendid view on the city center of Como, the Alps, and lowland of Brianza. The ride lasts for approx. 7 min. The cable car departs every 30 minutes in both directions. If you are not a fan of only too narrow roads then you might consider taking the return ticket.

(!) It might seem that it is too crowded to get into the cable car due to the high number of visitors, especially if you are visiting the Como during summer period. However, keep in mind that the line will move quite fast and you will wait 20 min at the most.
