The Town Hall

The Town Hall

The Magistrate is the name of the old town hall. It is located on the site of the old town hall, which was located on the same place, and dates from the 15th century. The construction of the new town hall was completed i 1719, and it was designed by Carlo Martinuzzi.

Local builder Gregori Maček is credited for its construction. Today's town hall is built in the Baroque style, and the Gothic style is bellow it. There the famous fountain in front of the town hall, a masterpiece by Francesco Robbe.
