Yorkshire pudding - this is actually not pudding, but pastry shaped like a flower, made out of eggs, flour, milk and water. It is often served with dinner. You can prepare it at home as it is easy to made and quite tasty.
- 100g flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 225ml milk
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preheat your oven to 220ᴼC. Combine your flower and salt into a bowl and make a hole in the middle. Add the eggs and a little milk. Mix until combined and smooth, then slowly add in the remaining milk. Pour the mixture into a pitcher. Put a spoon of oil into each hole in the baking tray. Bake in the oven for five minutes until the oil is hot. Carefully take out of the oven and pour the batter into each baking tray hole. Quickly return the batter into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until it growns in size and is golden brown. Serve hot
