The Hevd Håndverksbakeri bakery, run by former Norwegian baking champion Emanuele Spreafico, is located in the city center, on the main square of Torvet. In a pleasant atmosphere, with lots of tables, the bakery is an ideal place for breakfast, lunch and coffee, drinks with your loved ones or even yourself. Why not? You can also take the products from the bakery with you - to go. The bakery also serves benedict eggs, lobster chili rolls and fish soup, and it is recommended to try croissants stuffed with vanilla cream. After 16:00h, this beautiful bakery is replaced by the pizzeria UNA, which lights its stone oven and serves delicious Italian pasta.
