Humita – corn rolls If you are a fan of corn, you will love this dish. A tasty mixture made out of corn, milk and spices is made, which is then made dense and rolled into leaves of corn. This is then steam cooked or boiled, and onions, goat cheese and spices are added afterward. Humita is not only popular in Argentina, but in other Latin America countries as well
