Llama steak – As some parts of Argentina are perfect for the cultivation of llamas, they are a delicacy on their own. Many consider llama meat to be very tasty, and healthier than beef. A llama steak has a much higher level of protein and significantly less fat than a beef steak. The most popular dish made with llama meat is the cazuela de llama (llama stew).
