The town of Ostros or the Ostros Village is located between Virpazar and the Albanian border. It is interesting for tourists, especially when it is a market day, when the market is full of women in luxurious folk costumes. Near Ostros, 22 kilometers from Virpazar, are the remains of the Prečista Krajinska monastery, where the Church of the Assumption of the Mother of God is also located. The monastery was demolished by the Turkish army at the end of the 17th century. In the 11th century, this was the seat of the Zeta prince Jovan Vladimir. According to some writings, Vladimira was raised by Kosara, and after the tragic death of her husband. Kosara and Vladimir are buried in this place and are truly Montenegrin Romeo and Juliet. Through this area, the legend of great love is passed from generation to generation and retold.
